We run regular 4 Week Adult Martial Arts Beginners Courses throughout the year that costs just £19.99. (usually £35.00). Most importantly, we find that this works much better for new Adult students.

The 4 Week Beginners Martial Arts Courses are held on either Monday’s or Wednesday’s (8.00-9.00pm). This allows us to integrate our new adult beginners into our classes straight away. You have your own dedicated Black Belt Instructor for the duration of the beginners course. This allows the beginners course material to be presented easily for new students.
About our Adult Karate – Self Defence Classes
You will start training with a great group of people at East West Martial Arts in Northampton.
We will ease you gently into our great classes, filled with students and their instructors who are smiling, sweating and learning in every lesson.
Moreover, when you start training, you will notice that every class you attend is different. This is totally different to training in a boring Gym workout or doing many other adult activities.
In addition, our very large Black Belt Instructor Team, allows our classes to be divided into much smaller groups and ability levels. Similarly, each group has their own Instructor, which makes learning much easier and more enjoyable for both students and instructors.
