About the Online Beginners Course for Adults
Our Adult online martial arts beginners course teaches you everything you need to get started, with simple and easy to learn online lessons. The online beginners course is designed with bite-sized video Karate lessons that are very easy to follow and understand, which new students tell us is how they prefer to learn.

What happens after you have completed the Online Adults Martial Arts Beginners Course?
Once you have completed the online martial arts beginners course, you also get two weeks of ‘taster lessons’ to try us out in our Northampton Dojo, and join our fun and friendly classes on either a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday evening (Adult Class Time: 8.00pm-8.45pm).
