Uniquely, our 4 Week Karate-Self Defence-Fitness Beginners Course has its own dedicated Black Belt instructor. Also, you are taught separately from the main class, with everything explained very simply, in English at an easy pace for the duration of the course.

As a matter of fact, Martial Arts is a great activity for adults who want to stay healthy. Equally importantly, our really enjoyable classes have a safe training environment, with a wonderful mix of men and women of all ages.
There are many reasons to exercise regularly. Above all, our classes will keep you healthy with lessons that are always great fun and never boring.
